The Seeking Paradox
It is the idea that the answer or item you are looking for often becomes apparent only when you stop actively or anxiously searching for it.
Seemingly related to Meno's Paradox but not due to the spiritual and psychological approach to understanding it.
For example: if I stop looking for something, I might find I already have what I need.
Where Meno's Paradox is about being unable to find something you don't know you are looking for.
